Roster Portal agrees to:
- Provide 97% online access to the Roster Portal system. In the event of a server malfunction, Roster Portal will pursue all means available to them at that time to bring the system back online as quickly as is possible. Any outage over 4 hours will be credited to the customer, rounded up to the nearest 24 hour period.
- Take all precautions deemed by them to be appropriate to secure all confidential information stored on the servers and to take whatever precautions they feel are necessary to keep third parties from accessing such information. Your information will never be sold or given to a third party without your consent.
- Provide updates and enhancements to the current system at no cost to the user. Any updates that fall out of the scope of Roster Portal’s current offering may be offered to the Customer at an additional charge. These additional offerings would always be optional.
- Guarantee that the payroll file exported from Roster Portal is an accurate reflection of the Wage Rules and Rostered Shifts set by the Administrator/s of the portal.
- Endeavour to ensure any future Payroll import format variations are implemented into Roster Portal as soon as is practically possible.
- Guarantee messages transmitted from the site via SMS and Email will be sent from Roster Portal to the third party message provider, and each message will be an accurate reflection of the data selected by the Administrator/s of the portal.
Roster Portal is not responsible for:
- The interpretation, setup or storage of imported payroll data of any third party payroll program, nor any negligence of the user when exporting payroll data files (e.g. importing the wrong week, importing a week twice etc).
- Misinterpretation and subsequent incorrect entry of Roster Portal complex shift requirements.
- Misinformation entered into Roster Portal by the Customer who has been advised by a government body or any professional entity pertaining to Staff Wages and Award interpretation.
Roster Portal is not an authority in this area and it is the Customer’s responsibility for the accuracy of any of the information they enter and manipulate on the site.
- Any delays, non delivery or misinterpretation of messages to the recipient transmitted via SMS or Email.
Roster Portal utilises the services of a third party SMS provider and in the event of non-delivery of a SMS message, Roster Portal will pursue the third party SMS provider to isolate the problem. In this case, the SMS message/s will be credited to the Customer.
