It also saves money in other ways; SMS prevents Staff reading the incorrect hours, phoning up and being told the wrong shift or just forget to turn up at all. Also if a Staff member was rostered on a day that they could not work, they can instantly reply and the problem can be resolved in minutes, not days.
SMS messages can be configured to be appear as sent from your own mobile and replies from Staff will be sent to your handset.
