Dynamic Contact allows an Admin to write a message once, send it to multiple Staff and then each Staff member receives a customized message.

For example, on the Admin Contact Page page, an Admin can tick what Staff members they want to send it to. They can then type in the Message Box; Hi [name], if you have forgotten your password it is [pass].
If sent to someone named Johnny with a password of secret123 the message would say; Hi Johnny, if you have forgotten your password it is secret123.

On the Admin/Roster page, there are two buttons; Email All and SMS All. If you click this, an Email/SMS will be sent to all Staff and Admin that are rostered on that week with their unique hours.
i.e. Hi Johnny, your hours for the week beginning the 28/5 are Monday: 12-6:30, Tuesday 10-4.

A real benefit of this is when you are trying to find someone to fill a shift at late notice. By sending a message with the tag [name] to all people who might be able to work, makes the message come across much more personal and will yield better results. This, combined with the Pricing and instantaneousness of SMS, makes it the number one option for mass contacting Staff.
